Applied epidemiology is essential to protect animals from disease, ensure food security and promote safe trade in food and animal products.
We are running a course in veterinary epidemiology recommended for:
– government staff and private practitioners
– graduate students wishing to increase their understanding of epidemiology
– Australian and New Zealand College of Veterinary Scientists (ANZCVS) membership candidates.
We will cover much of the content of the ANZCVS Veterinary Epidemiology chapter membership guidelines with a focus on key principles, challenging concepts, real-world application and examples.
It will be presented by Brendan Cowled, Jonathan Happold, and Ashley Jordan.
