Wildlife Chemical Immobilisation Course

A wildlife orientated Chemical Immobilisation Course will be offered to both local and international veterinarians in Australia. This five day intensive theoretical and hands-on experience addresses all aspects of the chemical immobilization of zoo and wild animals. Presenters include Dr Cobus Raath, wildlife veterinarian and other experienced lecturers. A strong focus will be placed on newly available preparations and the latest developments in wildlife pharmaceutical research.

The course is presented at Monarto Zoo, SA, Australia. Practicals will be conducted on large exotic Carnivores, Ruminants, and Equids.
