22nd Triennial Meeting of IAFS in conjunction with the 25th Symposium of the Australian & New Zealand Forensic Science Society

The IAFS encompasses academics and practicing professionals in the forensic specialties. Since 1957, the IAFS has delivered an international meeting every three years to allow the forensic community to meet and exchange ideas. It is our pleasure to host IAFS 2023 in the newly revamped International Convention Centre in Sydney, Australia. We feel privileged and honoured that many of the world’s leading investigators in the field will actively participate and inspire over 1,500 attendees from across the world.

Your IAFS 2023 organising committees are working hard to deliver a memorable meeting. The program will strategically cover critical issues to identify possible solutions for stronger and more reliable forensic science and medicine in the future. We will reach out across the medical, scientific, legal and policing communities, including those in emerging nations, to share data and information, best practice and expand education and research. Our objective is to ensure IAFS 2023 is the focal point for anyone involved or interested in making the world safer and fairer with science and medicine.
